My mission is to connect practically and intuitively with what wellness means to each individual, helping clients find strength, confidence, and balance along their journey. I have spent the last 30+ years in biotech and big pharma and the last 5 years struggling with serious health issues that were not traditionally acknowledged. This experience inspired my desire to promote the well-being and healing of others.
I’ve been diagnosed with Sjogren's Syndrome, leaky gut, heavy metal, and mold toxicity – the list goes on — all shocking, given I thought I was relatively healthy. I had no idea how interconnected and messy all of these clinical findings would be. I have lived with pain, discomfort, and anxiety, having no idea that there was help and healing readily available through functional medicine and nutrition. This has been the springboard in my journey to learn and become a certified health coach.
As a Health and Wellness coach, I support and empower individuals to develop positive health behaviors through goal setting, education, mindfulness, and self-discovery. I am equipped with tools to help you assess your readiness for change and determine what goals you want to set. These goals will specifically fit your lifestyle, helping you maintain and sustain the changes you want to make in your overall well-being.
Whether you have a health goal in mind personally or have received one from a health care practitioner, I can help you make the changes in your everyday life that work for you to improve and sustain your health.
